Day 3 of the Master Classics of Poker Main Event has come to an end, and the final table is set. Nine players remain in the most prestigious tournament of The Netherlands, and it’s a Dutchman leading the international final table.
Teun Mulder, an online cash game expert in origin, battled with kings versus ace-king in the last hand of the day to conclude the penultimate day of poker showdowns in Amsterdam. German [Removed:172] follows close behind with just a three big blind deficit to the chip leader.
Worth a mention are two other Dutchman, both for their own reasons. Jasper Meijer van Putten won the last EPT in Prague before the venerable poker tour took a year hiatus. The experienced Dutch poker player brings a more than decent 59 big blinds to the final table.King Kramer Poker Game
The other home country hero is Alberto Stegeman, who starts out with 14 big blinds and has his work cut out for him. Stegeman is a local celebrity, known for his investigative journalism with his own show on Dutch TV. Despite poker not being his bread and butter, Stegeman is absolutely no stranger to poker. In fact, the game has been a longtime passion of the amicable Stegeman who’s cemented himself a place in the Dutch poker scene already, having played numerous national and international poker tournaments.MCOP Main Event Final Table Line UpSeatPlayerCountryChip CountBig Blinds1Teun MulderNetherlands2,075,0001042Danilo VelasevicSerbia1,180,000593Pascal BaumgartnerSwitserland215,000114David AlgarraSpain190,000105Alberto StegemanNetherlands275,000146Henri PiironenFinland630,000327Joey VittaliNetherlands925,000468[Removed:172]Austria2,020,0001019Jasper Meijer van PuttenNetherlands1,170,00059

Local heroes Stefan Wolzak (34th, €7,800), Michiel Brummelhuis (30th, €9,547), and Joris Ruijs (23rd, €11,642) also cashed.
The chip lead shifted between Meijer van Putten and Kramer for some time, before eventually Mulder took the honors.King Kramer Poker Games
